Commission payable for referrals who have signed up for more than 2 months, excluding any free months. If there is a membership discount, commission will be equal to the discounted membership fee.

A Servcorp Manager will contact you to confirm that we’ve received your client referral and work with your referral to welcome them to Servcorp.
Once the referral process is completed, a Servcorp Manager will contact you promptly on your commission.

1. If after 30 days we have been unable to make direct contact with your referral or you have failed to update the status of your referral with us, the referral will be deemed invalid.
2. A referral without a company name is not considered a valid referral.
3. In the case that several agents send the same referral to us, Servcorp will only pay commission once and will accept the referral of the Agent that arranged a tour first, unless instructed otherwise by the enquiry.
* Virtual Office and Coworking Commission Payment - Commission is only payable when the client enters their 3rd month from the commencement date. Should the client terminate before this time, the commission is not payable.
1. Payable within 30 days of the client moving in and upon receipt of the initial invoice and signed service agreement.
2. Renewals or expansions are excluded.
3. Pro-rata applies when a contract is not concluded for the entire initial term.
